Purchase terms

1. Seller and scope
Your contracting partner is Ronny Fischer, OverLKD Studio, An der Mehle 12b, 97295 Waldbrunn, Germany, support@overlkd.com. These terms apply to direct purchases of digital game activation keys from store.overlkd.com.
2. Product and requirements
You purchase an official Steam activation key for the selected game, not a physical medium. The product description at the time of ordering applies. Activation and use require a Steam account, internet access and a compatible system. Supported platforms, languages and system requirements appear on the linked Steam product page. Steam use is also subject to your agreements with Valve.
3. Ordering and contract formation
Product listings invite you to place an order. Before committing to payment, review your order in Stripe Checkout or cancel. Submitting the paid order makes a binding offer. We accept by confirming the purchase on a durable medium or providing the key. Returning to a success page alone does not prove payment. Contract information and your statements about immediate delivery are sent by email.
4. Prices and payment
The total price and currency shown before payment apply. Any applicable tax is shown in the final order summary. Stripe Checkout shows available payment methods. Digital delivery carries no shipping charge.
5. Digital delivery
After payment is confirmed, secure key access is provided and communicated by email. Supply an email address you can access. An account is optional. Immediate delivery before the withdrawal period ends requires your separate express consent and acknowledgement. Keep access to your key confidential.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
Consumers have the rights described in our linked withdrawal notice. Withdrawal rights for paid digital content expire only when the statutory conditions are met. Following valid expiry, there is no general change-of-mind return right; statutory defect remedies and other mandatory rights remain unaffected.
7. Defects and support
If a key is invalid, already used or otherwise does not conform to the contract, contact us with the order number and error message. Statutory rights for defective digital products remain available. Do not post keys publicly. Our support handles payment and refund questions for purchases made in this store.
8. Mandatory rights
These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. For contract documents or stored order information, contact support@overlkd.com.
